Search our internal database. We can quickly identify availability and skills match from over 30,000 consultants nationwide. Our database reflects the results of twenty years experience and the best consultants in the business.
Alternate resources. We also use local and national job boards and the AC Corporation website. We attend job fairs and networking events and encourage employee referrals.
Interviews. We perform an extensive phone screening, then personal interviews by the recruiter and account manager. Your AC Corporation team looks for candidates who are a good fit for AC Corporation as well as for your assignment and your environment. We explore their experience, project descriptions, their roles and responsibilities and the success of their projects.
